risha.one is operated by Hexadecimal (RISHA Clothing), Québec, Canada. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Orders and pricing
- Prices are in Canadian dollars and include taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise at checkout.
- We ship to Canada and the United States. U.S. orders ship duties paid.
- An order is confirmed once payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation email. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- We may cancel and fully refund an order in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or if we cannot fulfil it.
Pre-orders
Pre-order pieces ship once produced. The estimated date shown on the product page is our best estimate, not a guarantee. Pre-order cancellation rights are described in our returns policy.
Returns and refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds follow our returns policy. Nothing in these terms limits the warranties you have under Québec and Canadian consumer protection law.
Authenticity verification
Each RISHA garment carries a verification code you can check at risha.one/verification. Codes are voided when a piece is refunded. Do not copy, resell or tamper with verification codes.
Social media publishing
RISHA publishes its own brand content to social platforms (such as TikTok, Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, Threads and X) through an internal, self-hosted tool used only by RISHA staff to manage RISHA-owned accounts. It is not offered to the public. Content published there remains subject to each platform's own terms.
Intellectual property
The RISHA name, logo, designs, photos, videos and website content belong to RISHA and may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, scrape it at scale, or place fraudulent orders.
Liability
The website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, RISHA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. This does not exclude any right you cannot waive under applicable consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version; orders follow the terms in effect when placed.
